Our primary focus is energy efficiency, sustainability and profitability for our clients. Having completed hundreds of energy audits, energy performance contracts and custom engineering and consulting services, we can provide analysis, project development, engineering and design and operations and maintenance due diligence services. We listen, understand and provide high quality service to our clients. Our staff is active in several professional societies and often attends prestigious universities as guest lecturers.

Leadership 

Real Engineering Services LLC is lead by Mr. Ersin Gercek,PE. Mr. Gercek is a Professional Engineer with over a decade of diverse engineering, analysis and research experience. His expertise includes mechanical engineering, energy auditing, energy modeling, energy investment project development and energy performance contracting. He also has experience with experimental and computational analysis and research of thermal systems.

Mr. Gercek has a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MS degree in Aerospace Engineering. He is a licensed Professional Engineer, Certified Energy Manager, Commissioning Process Professional and LEED Accredited Professional. Ersin is the past Chairman of ASHRAE Technical Committee 8.3 (Absorption and Heat Operated Machines) and a current member of the Standard Project Committee SPC-184 (Method of Testing Liquid Chillers On-Site). He is one the co-authors of upcoming ASHRAE Standard 184.
